Martin Loeve

Martin Loeve MBA (1955) started his own business in 1996, following a long career in the energy sector. The leitmotiv in his work as a manager, trainer and coach in sports and business is his interest in what ‘moves’ people.

His company, Delta Change Management focuses on the human side of change processes. He is the author of the management book 'The Change Maker®' , a practical guide for the management of personal and business changes. Characteristic of Martin is his ability to combine his academic background and his inspiring and creative style of working with a practical and result-oriented approach. He knows how to motivate people to achieve optimal results.

Martin is constantly on the move. He is following a part-time international PhD-programme at the University of Humanistics in Utrecht. He is also developing new international markets for his business, in South East Asia.ë. With respect to social welfare, Martin is an active participant in the 'Lighten their Future' that provides solar panels to schools for underprivileged children in Kenya.
