Identification: I and the others.
Putting individuals together to form a group does not mean that they will automatically understand one another, or that they will work together effectively. Especially not where it concerns people with different backgrounds. That doesn’t have to be a problem unless the success of a department, a project, the corporate direction or strategic choices of the organisation are dependent on it.
The Delta Change Management programme Identification: I and the others is aimed specifically at learning to understand yourself and others better. The programme is geared towards effective (cross-cultural) cooperation.
This applies to both the cooperation within a team and that between groups. The programme is also suitable for groups that need to cooperate externally, nationally and internationally.
On the basis of the programme Identification: I and the others, Martin Loeve is able to define the group dynamics processes and strengthen the interpersonal skills. The social interaction among the team members clarifies the personal mentality of the individuals and what similarities and differences exist within the group. The programme will then support the team members in developing their individual skills and qualities within the group.
The programme makes use of new instruments and work methods such as social photo-matrix and storytelling and analysis.
The approach of Identification: I and the others leads to a group or groups of people with enhanced mutual understanding that are able to achieve a new way of meaningful cooperation.
The programme Identification: I and the others, comprises the following:
- the identification of the identity (group culture) of the individual members and of the group,
- mapping out the similarities and differences in the group identity in order to understand each other better in the particular context,
- involving and inspiring participants to give meaning to common ideas, attitudes and behaviour aimed at effective cooperation, related to a business case if so desire
