Human Factor Monitor^am

Commissioned by and in cooperation with Traduco, Martin Loeve has developed the Human Factor MonitorAM, a method of monitoring human assets, and is using this new instrument with Traduco’ clients.

Delta Change Management supports Traduco and their clients in the organisational and human side of implementing Asset Management. The Human Factor Monitor is used here as an instrument of intervention. In this way a connection is made between individuals, the organisation and their desired goals and objectives.

Examples of successful implementations are: working on shared perceptions and joint perspectives, the effective use of current competencies and the development of new ones, making connections between the various parts of the business management (the value chain), and outside it too.
