Human Factor MonitorTM
An important factor in change processes is people. You can carry out calculations on technical systems; the perceptions and experiences of individuals is practically impossible to measure.
Delta Change Management has developed the Human Factor MonitorTM to try and gain some insight into the role of the individual in change processes.
The Human Factor MonitorTM works on the basis of a qualitative research method and relevant techniques. The Human Factor MonitorTM registers the so-called mindset criteria (images and experiences) of the managers and employees concerned. This relates to various perspectives: people, organisation and company.
In this way a connection is made between individuals, the organisation and their aims and objectives. The mindset criteria is abstracted from themes and translated into interventions.
These interventions are important for the successful implementation of change.
Examples of successful implementation are:
- Working on shared perceptions and common perspectives
- An effective input of existing competences
- Developing new connections both inside and outside the various sections of the operational management (the value chain). << back
