Change according to Martin Loeve

''I feel very passionate about what moves people. My entire career and my personal development have been coloured by that passion. Many years of experience have taught me that if you want to achieve anything in a personal or business context, you need to start moving and keep on moving. The desired change is created through this movement. This is the reason why I support people and organisations in small scale change processes with my energetic, innovative, practical and result-oriented methode of working.''

PhD-Research

Martin Loeve is following a part-time international PhD programme at the University of Humanistics in Utrecht. His research topic “I and Otherness”, deals with the identification (understanding) of oneself and others, and examines the case of expatriate managers in Bangkok. See also his article 'Expatriates feel lonely'.

DELTA CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE

Martin Loeve is the initiator of the Lighten Their Future Foundation, a new organisation dedicated to underprivileged children in Kenya, which provides schools with solar panels for electricity and light.
