Delta Change Management has been active in South-East Asia since 2005. Martin Loeve has worked on various assignments in the field of business planning and cross-cultural cooperation; leading strategic sessions and expat development for Oc& Thailand, Fortis Insurance International and others. Experience has shown that traditional literature and general philosophy in the area of Cross Cultural Management is aimed in particular at the macro-level between organisations and their cultural environment. The micro-level of organisations – the social interaction between (groups of) people – is barely touched upon. It is for this reason that Delta Change Management has developed the programme Identification of I and the others, which is also the topic of Martin Loeve’s Doctoral Research.
